To track your order, please navigate to the "Track Your Order" section located in the top left corner of our website. Enter your tracking number or order number along with the email address or phone number associated with your purchase to view the most current status and location of your shipment.

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top left corner.


Select “Log in” at the bottom of the menu.


Once you’re logged in, scroll down to find the “Manage Subscription” button.


Click it to cancel, pause, or edit your subscription.

Please make sure your order remains in its original condition, meaning all products must be unopened and undamaged. You’ll need to provide photo or video evidence showing that the items are still intact and in their original state.

Once your request has been submitted, a customer support representative will review your submission and get back to you with further instructions.

We typically respond within 4 to 12 hours — often even faster.
